Rexford woman named Mother of the Year

A recent arrival to the hamlet of Rexford in the western part of Clifton Park was crowned Mother of the Year this past week at Albany’s Tulip Festival. Helen Hagen, 48, a stay-at-home mother of nine children whom she homeschools was awarded the title at the May 13 ceremony.
