Saratoga Springs road closed after tractor trailer takes down wires

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Washington Street from West Avenue to Pine Road in Saratoga Springs has been closed while National Grid repairs downed wires. Police said that the wires and a power pole were taken down by a passing tractor trailer. They expect the road will be closed for several hours.
